CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 003482

Establishes complementary procedures to be observed in the transmission of information related to the hiring of correspondents in the country, as addressed in Circular No. 2,978 of April 19, 2000.

In accordance with the provisions of Resolutions No. 3,110 of July 31, 2003, No. 3,156 of December 17, 2003, and No. 3,654 of December 17, 2008, Circular No. 2,978 of April 19, 2000, and Circular Letters No. 3,089 of February 28, 2003, and No. 3,118 of February 17, 2004, we communicate that, starting from May 2, 2011, the information related to the hiring of correspondents in the country, as addressed in Articles 1, 2, and 8 of Circular No. 2,978 of 2000, provided through the use of the PSTAW10 application (Information Exchange), as per Circular Letter No. 2,847 of April 13, 1999, must follow the new layout of document 5021, available for download at the address http://www.bcb.gov.br/?LEIAUTES.

2. This circular letter enters into force on the date of its publication, producing effects starting from the base date of May 2, 2011.
