The Head of the Economic Department (Depec), using the powers conferred by Article 23, item I, letter “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1º The submission of the information referred to in Article 1 of Circular Letter No. 3,047 of July 13, 2001, must be carried out through the International Banking Statistics - EBI document, with the encoding of the Catalog of Documents (Cadoc) and its other characteristics, in accordance with the annex to this Circular Letter.
Art. 2º The registration of the communication referred to in §1 of Article 1 of Circular Letter No. 3,047/2001 must be effected through the Document Submission Control System (CRD), via the “Registration” option, “Manual Registration of Exemption” option, available for access on the Central Bank of Brazil’s internet page, at the electronic address https://www3.bcb.gov.br/crd.
Art. 3º. Circular Letter No. 2,967 of July 17, 2001, is hereby revoked.
Art. 4º This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
