R E S O L V E S:
Art. 1º The use of the File Transfer System (STA) is established for the exchange of digital files between the Central Bank of Brazil and institutions registered in the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen).
Art. 2º The mode of operation, requirements, and procedures for sending, receiving, and querying STA files are regulated on the Central Bank of Brazil website (http://www.bcb.gov.br/?TRANSFARQ).
Art. 3º The STA will enter production on March 25, 2013.
§ 1º During the period from March 25 to June 23, 2013, files may be sent via the STA or via the PSTAW10, PSTAC10, and CONNECT applications.
§ 2º Starting from June 24, 2013, files may only be sent via the STA.
Art. 4º This Circular Letter enters into force on March 25, 2013.
Art. 5º Circular Letter No. 2,847 of April 13, 1999 is hereby revoked.
