Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/192 amending regulatory technical standards on notification for establishment and services

The European Commission amends Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1151/2014 to require credit institutions to provide more detailed information when exercising the right of establishment or freedom to provide services. Credit institutions must now specify the intended start date for each individual activity, include underlying assumptions in their three-year financial plans, and provide their national reference code and Legal Entity Identifier. Additionally, notifications regarding the termination of a branch must include a statement listing measures taken to ensure the branch no longer holds public deposits. This Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
