The European Commission amends Implementing Regulation (EU) No 926/2014 to update standard forms and templates for credit institutions exercising the right of establishment and freedom to provide services. The regulation requires competent authorities to request own funds information at both individual and consolidated levels for branch passport notifications and mandates that credit institutions notify planned branch terminations along with measures to ensure no public deposits remain. These changes align notification procedures with new information requirements introduced by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/192 and replace Annexes I to VI with updated texts. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
