Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2403 correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1151/2014
The European Commission corrects an error in Article 3(2), point (b)(iii), of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1151/2014 within the Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, and Swedish language versions. This correction addresses the specific information operators must notify when exercising the right of establishment and the freedom to provide services. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
