Commodity Futures Trading Commission Extension of Comment Period for Swap Execution Facilities and Trade Execution Requirement
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission extended the public comment period for its proposed rule regarding swap execution facilities and the trade execution requirement. The deadline for submitting comments on the November 30, 2018 notice of proposed rulemaking is extended from February 13, 2019, to March 15, 2019. This extension allows additional time for stakeholders to provide feedback on the broad range of topics addressed in the proposal.
