Compliance Date for Form 10-D Hyperlink Requirements
The Securities and Exchange Commission has established June 1, 2018, as the compliance date for exhibit hyperlinking requirements applicable to Form 10-D filings. This mandate requires registrants to include hyperlinks to any exhibits filed with Form ABS-EE within the exhibit index of their Form 10-D submissions.
