CVM Instruction No. 336 amends CVM Instruction No. 302, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette of the Union. Fund administrators must not transfer benefits derived from their role to the fund, except for equity fund remuneration, and must keep custodied fund assets segregated in the fund’s name with a single CVM-authorized custodian. Administrators may admit their employees and partners as investors in qualified investor funds, exempting them from minimum investment and holding period requirements, provided the responsible director expressly indicates them to the CVM. Existing investors not meeting these criteria may remain if they entered by March 31, 2000, and signed an agreement.
