CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 366, OF MAY 29, 2002.

Amends the caput of Article 21 of CVM Instruction No. 355, of August 1, 2001.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Collegiate Board, in a meeting held on this date, in view of the provisions of Articles 8, items I and III, and 16, items I and III, of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, as amended by Law No. 10,411, of February 26, 2002, and of Resolution of the National Monetary Council No. 2,838, of May 30, 2001,

HAS DECIDED to issue the following Instruction:

Article 1. The caput of Article 21 of CVM Instruction No. 355, of August 1, 2001, shall be effective with the following wording:

“Article 21. Autonomous agents registered in the General Register of Autonomous Agents (RGA) by June 1, 2001, remain authorized to perform the activity until August 31, 2002, subject to the following:

Article 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Union.
