CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 562, OF APRIL 15, 2015

Amends and adds provisions to CVM Instruction No. 510, of December 5, 2011.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF BRAZIL - CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on March 24, 2015, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 8, item I, of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, APPROVED the following Instruction:

Art. 1. Art. 1 of CVM Instruction No. 510, of December 5, 2011, shall be effective with the following wording:

“Art. 1. ...

§ 1. The provisions of the caput do not apply to participants who have their registration suspended. § 2. The participants mentioned in items V and VI of Annex 1 must comply with the provisions of items I and II of the caput according to rules:
I – defined by an accredited and self-regulatory institution authorized by the CVM; and II – previously approved by the CVM.” (New wording)

Art. 2. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
