CVM INSTRUCTION NO. 615, OF OCTOBER 2, 2019, WITH CHANGES INTRODUCED BY CVM RESOLUTION NO. 82/22.

Amends and revokes provisions of CVM Instructions 153, of July 24, 1991; 186, of March 17, 1992; 227, of December 23, 1994; 279, of May 14, 1998; 356, of December 17, 2001; 359, of January 22, 2002; 398, of October 28, 2003; 399, of November 21, 2003; 462, of November 26, 2007; 472, of October 31, 2008; 555, of December 17, 2014 and 578, of August 30, 2016.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Board, in a meeting held on September 30, 2019, based on § 3 of art. 1368-C of Law No. 10.406, of January 10, 2002, as amended by Law 13.874, of September 20, 2019,

APPROVED the following Instruction:

Art. 1. Art. 2, sole paragraph of CVM Instruction No. 153, of July 24, 1991, shall enter into force with the following wording:

“Art. 2. ...
Sole paragraph. The authorization request shall be accompanied by the deliberation of the administering institution regarding the constitution of the Fund, which shall contain the full text of its regulations.”(NR)

Art. 2. Art. 2, sole paragraph of CVM Instruction No. 186, of March 17, 1992, shall enter into force with the following wording:

“Art. 2. ...

Art. 3. Art. 4, § 2, item I of CVM Instruction No. 227, of December 23, 1994, shall enter into force with the following wording:

IV – art. 4, item III of CVM Instruction No. 472, of October 31, 2008 ; and V – art. 8, item III of CVM Instruction No. 555, of December 17, 2014.

Art. 14. This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
