THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Collegiate Body, in a meeting held on this date, based on the provisions of arts. 8, item I, 19, § 5, and 21, § 6, of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, in the Regulation Annex II to CMN Resolution No. 4,373, of September 29, 2014 and in art. 2 of CMN Resolution No. 4,761, of November 27, 2019, APPROVED the following Instruction:
Art.1. CVM Instruction No. 559, of March 27, 2015, is hereby revoked.
Art. 2. This Instruction enters into force on the first business day of April 2020.
