The Capital Markets (Real Estate Investment Trusts) (Collective Investment Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023
These regulations amend the Capital Markets (Real Estate Investment Trusts) (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 2013, to revise subscription requirements and financial thresholds.
