The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control publishes six web general licenses superseding previous authorizations to permit specific transactions involving Ansarallah under the Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations and Foreign Terrorist Organizations Sanctions Regulations. These licenses authorize the provision of agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices to Yemen, as well as telecommunications, mail, personal remittances, port operations, and diplomatic mission activities. Additionally, the document authorizes the offloading of refined petroleum products loaded prior to March 5, 2025, while explicitly prohibiting financial transfers to blocked persons and other prohibited transactions unless separately authorized.
