FINRA Notice Regarding June 2024 Options Disclosure Document
FINRA advises member firms to deliver the June 2024 Options Disclosure Document, which updates the list of options markets to include MEMX, LLC and reflects T+1 settlement. Firms must comply with FINRA Rule 2360(b)(11)(A)(1) by distributing the document to customers approved to trade options, either via mass mailing or at the time of transaction confirmation. This version allows firms to distribute a one-page supplement to customers who previously received the March 2023 ODD, while providing the full document to all others.
