Guidelines on standard forms, formats and templates to apply for permission to operate a DLT market infrastructure
These guidelines establish standard forms, formats, and templates that applicants must use to submit information for specific permissions to operate DLT market infrastructures, including DLT MTFs, DLT SSs, and DLT TSSs. Competent authorities are required to make instructions and the specified tables available on their websites and indicate submission methods and languages. Applicants must provide general information and specific data regarding business plans, DLT functioning, IT arrangements, and investor protection measures as detailed in the Annex tables. The guidelines apply from 23 March 2023 and require competent authorities to notify ESMA of their compliance status within two months of publication.
