Notice of FINRA Regional Committee Elections and Mailing of Ballots
FINRA announces the mailing of ballots for contested elections to fill vacancies on its Regional Committees, with ballots due by November 22, 2023. Voting eligibility is restricted to FINRA member firms that were active in Districts 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 as of the close of business on October 20, 2023. Successful candidates and those in uncontested seats will serve three-year terms from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026.
