The Hong Kong Monetary Authority directs authorized institutions to prepare their operational, financial, and system infrastructures for the potential listing of RMB-denominated investment products on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Institutions must define their roles in the IPO and settlement processes, implement necessary internal controls, and ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation to handle increased demand for RMB banking services.
