Publication of Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations and Foreign Terrorist Organization Sanctions Regulations Web General Licenses 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13
The Office of Foreign Assets Control publishes General Licenses 9 through 13 to authorize specific transactions involving Ansarallah that are otherwise prohibited by the Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations and Executive Order 13224. These licenses permit official U.S. Government business, activities by designated international organizations, humanitarian and development support by nongovernmental organizations in Yemen, and the exportation of agricultural commodities and medical items to Yemen. The document also reprints General License 13, which authorized transactions through February 26, 2021, prior to the revocation of the licenses.
