Recommendation of the European Systemic Risk Board of 15 January 2019 amending Recommendation ESRB/2015/2 on the assessment of cross-border effects of and voluntary reciprocity for macroprudential policy measures (ESRB/2019/1)

The European Systemic Risk Board amends Recommendation ESRB/2015/2 to recommend the reciprocation of specific macroprudential measures from Estonia, Finland, Belgium, France, and Sweden. The amendment establishes a maximum materiality threshold of EUR 250 million for the Estonian 1% systemic risk buffer and SEK 5 billion for the Swedish 25% risk weight floor. It also adds new reciprocation recommendations for Finland's 15% risk weight floor, Belgium's risk weight add-on, and France's tightened large exposure limit for highly-indebted corporations.
