Recommendation of the European Systemic Risk Board of 24 June 2016 amending Recommendation ESRB/2015/2 on the assessment of cross-border effects of and voluntary reciprocity for macroprudential policy measures (ESRB/2016/4)

The General Board of the European Systemic Risk Board amends Recommendation ESRB/2015/2 to include a 1-percent systemic risk buffer rate applied by Estonia to the domestic exposures of all credit institutions authorized in Estonia in the list of measures recommended for reciprocation. Relevant authorities in Member States that have implemented Article 134 of Directive 2013/36/EU are recommended to reciprocate this measure for exposures located in Estonia of domestically authorized institutions. For Member States that have not implemented Article 134, authorities are recommended to reciprocate the measure and adopt an equivalent measure within six months.
