Regulation on the Application of Guidelines on Data Collection Regarding High Earners
Banka Slovenije issues this regulation to implement the European Banking Authority's guidelines on collecting data regarding individuals remunerated EUR 1 million or more per financial year. The measure applies to supervised banks and savings banks, requiring them to adhere to specific reporting standards for high earners under Directives 2013/36/EU and (EU) 2019/2034. The regulation repeals the previous 2016 version and enters into force on 26 November 2022, with application commencing on 31 December 2022.
