Regulatory Publication and Review Under the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996
The OCC, Federal Reserve, and FDIC are conducting a triennial review of regulations affecting insured depository institutions to identify outdated or unnecessary requirements. This third notice in a four-part series specifically requests public comment on rules within the categories of Rules of Procedure, Safety and Soundness, and Securities. Comments must be submitted by March 11, 2025, to assist the agencies in determining which regulations should be amended or repealed to reduce regulatory burden.
