Reporting and Information Requirements for Derivatives Clearing Organizations
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission proposes amendments to reporting and information regulations applicable to derivatives clearing organizations. These changes update requirements for commingling customer funds, address systems-related reporting for exceptional events, and revise daily reporting obligations. The proposal also codifies daily reporting fields in a new appendix and amends certain delegation provisions.
