The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024019137 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 592-2024-SMV/10.2 of 24 May 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 078-2020-SMV/10.2 of 27 October 2020, the registration of the investment fund "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 6 – Fondo de Inversión" was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, in accordance with the provisions of article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, it corresponds to the management company to request from the Superintendency of the Market in Securities the registration of the amendments to the participation regulation corresponding to the fund under its management;

That, by document presented on 30 April 2024, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of amendments to the Participation Regulation of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 6 – Fondo de Inversión" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to the term of duration of the investment fund and others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with the provisions of article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; as well as with the provisions of the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 592-2024-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with the provisions of article 1°, subsection b), of the Single Concorded Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Law Decree No. 26126, and its amending norms; and article 38°, numeral 6) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the amendment to the Participation Regulation of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 6 – Fondo de Inversión", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must send to the Superintendency of the Market in Securities the updated version of the participation regulation with the effective date, within a period no greater than fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 3.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must disseminate the amendments to the participation regulation of the investment fund mentioned in article 1° of this resolution, through any of the means of information established in the respective participation regulation, within the fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must send to the participants a summary of the amendments in the following investment statement.

Article 5.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 6.- To transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
