Return of Stable Funding Position of an Authorized Institution (MA(BS)26)
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority has finalized the Return of Stable Funding Position (MA(BS)26) and its associated Completion Instructions for regulatory reporting. Category 1 and Category 2A institutions are required to calculate and report their Net Stable Funding Ratio and Core Funding Ratio respectively on a quarterly basis. Institutions may currently use the Excel file available on the Supervisory Communication Website to perform these calculations until the electronic submission file is released.
