Securities and Exchange Commission Freedom of Information Act Regulations
The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a final rule amending its Freedom of Information Act regulations to remove the requirement that electronic records be available in the Public Reference Room. This change reflects the fact that the reference room's computer terminal for accessing these records has seen no usage since 2018. The Commission will continue to provide access to these documents via its website, or by telephone and email request for those without internet access.
