Technical Standards for Reporting Guaranteed Deposits

Banks and branches of foreign banks regulated by the Banking Law, Savings and Credit Societies, and other banks regulated under laws in force (excluding the Agricultural Development Bank, BANDESAL and Investment Banks) must submit guaranteed and non-guaranteed deposit information to the Institute and the Superintendency in a single monthly submission within the first ten business days, covering the last day of the previous month, using Annexes Nos. 1–9; joint deposit guarantees may not exceed three times the guarantee limit, and a responsible person must be designated and notified, with changes reported within five business days. The Standards enter into force on 11/4/2026, repeal NRSF-01, require new-field submissions from May 3, 2027, and non-compliance is sanctioned under the Law for the Supervision and Regulation of the Financial System.
