Technical Standards for Reporting Guaranteed Deposits

Banks and branches of foreign banks regulated by the Banking Law, Savings and Credit Societies, and other banks regulated under laws in force must submit monthly deposit information to the Institute and the Superintendence within the first ten business days of each month, using Annexes Nos. 1–9, reporting guaranteed deposits capped at the current guaranteed amount and excesses as non-guaranteed, with joint-account guarantees capped at three times the guarantee limit. They must designate a submission-responsible person, notifying replacements within five business days. These Standards, effective 04/11/2026, repeal NRSF-01; adjustments are due by April 30, 2027, with new-field submissions from May 3, 2027. Non-compliance is sanctioned under the Law on Supervision and Regulation of the Financial System.
