Under the amended rules, the annual report deadline remains at 75 days and quarterly report deadlines remain at 40 days for fiscal years ending on or after December 15, 2004. The accelerated phase-in schedule resumes in year four for fiscal years ending on or after December 15, 2005, requiring annual reports within 60 days and quarterly reports within 35 days.
