Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted revisions to the EDGAR Filer Manual and amended Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to align with the EDGAR system upgrade to Release 17.0.2. These changes implement enhanced passphrase authentication security, allow FULL attachments for specific forms, and update recommended internet browsers by removing references to outdated versions. The updated manual, which sets technical formatting requirements for electronic filings, became effective on February 8, 2017.
