Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted revisions to the EDGAR Filer Manual and amended Regulation S-T to reflect system upgrades supporting Municipal Advisor form submissions. The updated manual incorporates technical formatting requirements for electronic filings, including new XML specifications for ABS-EE and XBRL submissions. These changes became effective on January 23, 2017, to coordinate with the EDGAR system upgrade to Release 16.4.
