Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to align electronic filing requirements with recent regulatory changes. These updates implement new systems for Form SHO short position reporting, XML-based filing formats for Schedules 13D and 13G, and specific provisions for registered index-linked and market value adjustment annuities.
