Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting Requirements
FinCEN requires certain entities to file reports identifying their beneficial owners and the individuals who created or registered them. These regulations implement Section 6403 of the Corporate Transparency Act and specify who must file, what information is required, and when reports are due. The rules become effective on January 1, 2024.
