The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is reopening the public comment period for its May 2019 proposed rulemaking regarding swap data repository and data reporting requirements. This action extends the deadline to May 20, 2020, to allow market participants to comment on this proposal concurrently with two other related swap data rulemakings approved in February 2020.
