Commodity Futures Trading Commission Extension of Comment Period for Regulation Automated Trading
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has extended the public comment period for its Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding Regulation AT. The agency determined that the broad range of topics and numerous questions posed in the November 2016 proposal warranted additional time for stakeholder feedback. Consequently, the deadline for submitting comments on this rulemaking proposal is moved from January 24, 2017, to May 1, 2017.
