Deletion of References to IRS Identification Numbers

The Securities and Exchange Commission amends Forms 144, 3, 4, and 5, and Schedules 13D, 13G, and TO to remove all references to IRS identification numbers. These technical changes eliminate voluntary or mandatory requirements for entities to include their IRS identification numbers in these filings. The amendments apply to filers of securities transaction and ownership reports under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The rule becomes effective on August 10, 2007.
