Electronic Submission of Applications for Orders Under the Advisers Act and the Investment Company Act, Confidential Treatment Requests for Filings on Form 13F, and Form ADV-NR; Amendments to Form 13F
The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a final rule correction to amend 17 CFR 270.0-2 regarding the electronic submission of applications for orders under the Investment Company Act. This technical amendment corrects a sentence reference in Instruction 12.b. of the Adopting Release published on June 30, 2022, by removing the sixth sentence in paragraph (b). The correction becomes effective on August 29, 2022.
