Extension of Comment Period for Asset-Backed Securities Release
The Securities and Exchange Commission is extending the public comment period for proposed rules regarding asset-backed securities dissemination of sensitive asset-level data. This extension moves the deadline from March 28, 2014, to April 28, 2014, to allow interested parties additional time to analyze and submit comprehensive responses to the staff memorandum.
