Regulation on the Publication of Information by Banks
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo mandates all licensed banks to systematically compile and publish material, risk-related financial information to enhance sector transparency. Banks must release audited annual reports within four months and quarterly balance sheets with key financial indicators in national newspapers and on their websites, all prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards.
