Form N-PORT and Form N-CEN Reporting; Guidance on Open-End Fund Liquidity Risk Management Programs; Delay of Effective and Compliance Dates
The Securities and Exchange Commission is delaying the effective and compliance dates for amendments to Form N-PORT to provide time to review the rules following a Presidential Memorandum and pending litigation. The new effective date for Form N-PORT amendments is set for November 17, 2027, with compliance required by that date for larger funds and May 18, 2028, for smaller funds. Conversely, the Commission has completed its review of the Form N-CEN amendments and liquidity risk management guidance, so their effective and compliance dates remain unchanged at November 17, 2025.
