Form PF; Reporting Requirements for All Filers and Large Hedge Fund Advisers; Further Extension of Compliance Date
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission jointly extend the compliance date for the Final Form PF amendments from October 1, 2025, to October 1, 2026. This action provides additional time for the agencies to complete a substantive review of the rule in accordance with a January 2025 Presidential Memorandum regarding potential questions of fact, law, or policy. The extension allows private fund advisers to continue filing under the current Form PF requirements while the Commissions assess whether further amendments are necessary.
