The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted a temporary final rule delaying the EDGAR filing requirement for Form N-PORT by nine months to allow for cybersecurity enhancements. Funds in larger fund groups must now begin submitting reports on April 30, 2019, while smaller fund groups must begin by April 30, 2020. During the interim period, larger funds are required to maintain the necessary portfolio holding information in their records for Commission examination instead of filing electronically.
