Exhibit Hyperlinks and HTML Format
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted final rules requiring registrants to include hyperlinks to each exhibit listed in the exhibit index of specified registration statements and reports. To enable these hyperlinks, the amendments mandate that such filings be submitted in HyperText Markup Language format rather than ASCII. The rules provide compliance dates of September 1, 2017, with a one-year delay for smaller reporting companies and certain non-accelerated filers.
