List of Rules To Be Reviewed Pursuant to the Regulatory Flexibility Act
The Securities and Exchange Commission published a list of rules adopted in 2016 that are scheduled for review under Section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act to assess their impact on small entities. The review evaluates whether these rules, which include amendments to Exchange Act registration requirements, Form ADV, and investment company reporting standards, should be continued, amended, or rescinded. The Commission invites public comment on the continued need and economic impact of these regulations by February 11, 2026.
