This final rule amends 31 CFR Part 103 to require state-licensed casinos and card clubs with annual gaming revenue exceeding $1 million to report suspicious transactions to the Department of the Treasury. The amendments also modify existing requirements for these entities to maintain Bank Secrecy Act compliance programs.
