The Division of Corporation Finance grants Tanla Platforms Limited an exemption from Exchange Act Rule 14e-1(a) to maintain an Issuer Tender Offer open for a fixed period of 10 working days as mandated by Indian law. This relief permits the offer to remain open for less than the standard 20 business days required by U.S. regulations, relying on representations that the offer is for less than 2% of outstanding shares, is not a change in control transaction, and that shareholders received adequate notice and information prior to commencement.
