SEC Division of Investment Management staff letter: The BNY Mellon Family of Funds, et al.

2 files · 2 PDF pages

The Division of Investment Management will not recommend enforcement action under section 15(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related disclosure requirements against funds covered by a Prior Multi-Manager Order if they rely on that order regarding Affiliated Subadvisers. This no-action position applies provided the funds comply in their entirety with the 2019 Multi-Manager Relief Conditions established in the Carillon Order. The relief allows funds to enter into subadvisory agreements with Affiliated Subadvisers without shareholder approval and to disclose subadviser fees on an aggregate basis.
