Individual decision · SEC · 2 Oct 2018
The Division of Trading and Markets will not recommend enforcement action against SS&C Technologies, Inc. for operating its electronic trade confirmation and central trade matching service in the United States as an unregistered clearing agency prior to establishing interoperability with DTCC ITP Matching (US), LLC. This assurance is granted despite a current impasse in interoperability negotiations, provided SS&C and DTCC ITP continue to negotiate in good faith to achieve interoperability. The position applies only to enforcement action and is subject to modification or revocation at any time.
